We had an extensive flood from an upstairs toilet tank leak into our offices below. Lots of damage - to drywall, carpets and cabinets. The Paul Davis team handled to whole scope of work very professionally from beginning to end, working around our schedule. We are back as good as new. Can't recommend them enough.

We had a deck leak that penetrated our townhouse. despite a huge amount of work from rain storms the people at Paul Davies responded immediately, removed the damaged ceiling and started mitigation within hours of being called by our insurers. The repair work done by Chris was immaculate, and very neat saving us extra clean up work. he was always on time and extremely careful about the balance of our home. We highly recommend them to anyone.

My apartment was flooded and the previous restoration company I reached out to made me wait almost 2 months for nothing! Paul Davis is definitely a life saviour!!! Big shout to Project Manager - Meizi Xiao, she set up everything I need within a few days after I first met with her. This company recently repaired water damage to my bathroom ceiling. There were some minor glitches with scheduling but overall Paul Davis was very accommodating. The two employees who repaired the ceiling did excellent work. They were very pleasant and efficient. I was very pleased with the result.

Our home had a sewer backup recently, and Paul Davis Systems (PDS) did a wonderful job repairing the affected structures and coordinating our new flooring installation. We needed the repairs completed by a certain date and our project manager, Reid, worked with us to accommodate our tight timeline. All of the people that we worked with from Paul Davis Systems were very professional and a pleasure to work with. They made this difficult situation much easier to deal with and I highly recommend them.

We were shattered when our water tank blew up and flooded our basement of our 100 year old house. The Paul Davis Emergency Team were there in under half an hour and dealing with three inches of water which had been pumping into the basement overnight. The team were courteous, professional and efficient. They got all the water pumped out, carpets removed, identified which walls needed new plasterboards and removed furniture to safe storage within hours. Project Manager Tim Johnson was reassuring and optimistic that the remediation work could be accomplished in two or three months. It came in under two months! Greg Morgan, who did most of the carpentry and painting worked to very high standards and was ahead of schedule. Everyone on the Paul Davis team was professional and knowledgeable. In addition, they accomplished this work during the worst days of the Covid 19 pandemic! They were conscientious about respecting physical distancing and hand washing protocols on the job which was a relief as my husband is high risk for the disease. We are happy with the restoration work done at our place. Nicole, the project co-ordinator, is always quick in response to queries raised. All in all, the work has been smoothly done on time.

In November 2020, my Kitsilano townhome suffered a hot water tank rupture during the night and had a lot of water damage including engineered hardwood flooring, living room ceiling and some of the interior walls.I had no experience with this type of situation but Paul Davis Restoration was recommended to me so I called them. Within a few hours they had already had a team visit my townhome and assess the damage, recommend a good quality plumbing company to install a new tank and start to work on generating a detailed quote for my insurance company.A water damaged home is not a fun experience but Paul Davis was good at communicating and walking me through what needed to be repaired and why. The supplier they recommended I visit to select new flooring also turned out to be an excellent choice, so it's clear to me that they work with high quality suppliers and sub-trades.Overall I found the various team members worked well together and the repair went smoothly. The end results were absolutely excellent and during the final walk through I could not tell at all that there had ever been any damage. The place looked brand new and I was very pleased with the results.I would definitely recommend Paul Davis to my colleagues or use them myself if disaster strikes again (hopefully not). While I'm sure none of us want to ever have the need to talk to a restoration company, I gotta say that the folks at Paul Davis restoration made dealing with water damage a much more pleasant experience. Definitely would recommend them.
