Best carpet cleaners in BC! I called Greg in a panic, as my deceased fathers landlord was planning last minute showings for tomorrow, and he didn't like the state of the carpet. I let Greg know about my situation, and he fit me in this evening. Within minutes of arriving at the unit, he sent me pictures of the cleaned carpet...I was told it would be better but not perfect, but ALL THE STAINS ARE GONE. I would reccommend The One Carpet Cleaning to anyone who needs a refresh or a deep clean.

Greg was able to accommodate a short notice carpet clean for stairs and living room, which are areas that my toddler had thoroughly stained with various things. We had used another company in the past a couple of times but was not always happy and I wanted the carpets to have a better clean this time around.The One had excellent reviews across the board, and despite the short notice, Greg responded quickly and was able to accommodate an appointment. I had initially contacted a few companies, and Greg is actually the only one who even got back to me. I was happy he did because he was definitely my preferred choice. I also found his pricing to be fair; in this situation I was unable to compare against other companies since they never responded to me, but what Greg charged was on par or better than quotes we had received for previous jobs.Greg did a fantastic job - best ever - and we will be calling on him again for the remaining carpet in the house. He was easy to communicate with, friendly, efficient, and he did a superior clean. He even gave me some tips on how to spot clean things myself effectively when my toddler goes on one of his toothpaste (or other) extravaganzas.Definitely recommend!

I had such a great first time experience with The One carpet cleaning. Greg went above and beyond to get every stain in my room out. He did such a fantastic job and was very clean and efficient. His prices are fair and he even comes back for touch ups if any stain shows up again. I loved his work and would definitely recommend him!!

Greg was responsive, friendly, quick and he did an amazing job on our carpets. He finished a fully carpeted 2 bed, living and dining room condo in less than an hr, and he charges very reasonably! Definitely recommend!

I had used Greg a few months ago to come in and do the house. He was able to get a stain out that the previous two carpet cleaning companies had not been able to get out. I called again in a bit of a panic a few days ago as we had a stain we needed taken out and he is so knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to make time to help me out because he knew how worried I was about the stain. I am so happy with the service and the knowledge and the quality of the work. We will definitely use him for all of our carpet needs!!!
