So nice to find a neighbourhood carpet cleaning service, instead of having to rely on the big overpriced companies. Jeff managed to get out some small unknown black marks that have been on my carpet for many years. Now my light-coloured 30-year-old carpet looks like new!

I'm happy with the service and highly recommend this company.We recently bought a condo, and the bedroom has a carpet that looked worn out. We looked into getting a new carpet but it was going to cost quite a bit so we considered carpet repair and a deep clean instead.I'm glad we decided to go down this path because, according to the carpet repair guy, the carpet is in good condition just needed a re-stretch which helps, but the stains still look bad. Once West End Carpet Cleaning worked their magic, my carpet looks a million times better. I could not believe the black water that the cleaning machine spitted out.Professional service, friendly and approachable, responsive and punctual. I will use them again for sure.

West End Carpet Cleaning is absolutely fantastic! I'd just bought a used couch that turned out to be very stained and had quite a stench. I texted Jeff and he responded right away and came the next morning to clean the couch. The sectional looks like new and the service as a whole was quick and very reasonably priced. Excellent Service. I called around to get quotes and most ppl just high-balled me or sounded very lazy, reluctant. I ended my search after calling West End Carpet Cleaning. Jeff was very friendly and provided a flat rate of $140 all in to complete a living/dining plus 3 bedrooms. He was able to work around MY schedule, and also provided alternative dates to fit my needs. He also had no issues driving out to Surrey.I was very happy with the results. He showed up on time, had all his equipment. Was very professional and friendly. There were no hiccups or hidden costs. I didn't even want to walk on the carpet after it was all done because the lines were too perfect. Geoff at West End Carpet Cleaning is great, responsive, reliable, and very reasonable price - with good quality work! I called other carpet cleaners and they were charging twice as much. Geoff is super friendly and was able to schedule me in with relative short notice. He showed up right on time and his machine was spotless. He deep -cleaned my carpet for a good hour and it looked fabulous after, I have a white carpet. Super efficient, friendly and local- will definitely have him back and highly recommend his service!
